INEO Corporate team

The INEO Corporate team is made up of prestigious professionals, each with their own business and professional experience in the public and private sectors, managing large and medium-sized companies, with more than 15 years of qualified consulting experience.

The INEO Corporate team carries out its professional activity from offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Bogota (Colombia) and Santiago de Chile (Chile).

Francesc Homs | President

He began his professional career in the teaching field working as an industrial economy teacher in the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona University. Later he became a congressman in the Congreso de los Diputados, as economic spokesman (1986-1999), and President of the Industry and Energy Commission. He was a member of the Barcelona Municipal City Council and member of the Catalan Parliament. He has also been the President of the Consell Català del Moviment Europeu. In the 2001-2003 period he was the Economy and Finance Secretary of the Generalitat de Catalunya. In the professional and private field, he has been the Executive President of Areas. Currently he is the Executive President of INEO CORPORATE, President of FERSA and member of the board of various companies. He also teaches Spanish Economy in the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.

Lorenzo Dávila

Lorenzo Dávila | Partner and Deputy President

Graduated from the Universidad Complutense, Madrid with a degree in Economics and Law. He received both his Master and Ph.D. from the Universidad Carlos III, also in Madrid. He has been a lecturer at the University of California-Berkeley, the Universidad Complutense, UNED and he has been Director of the Research Department at IEB in Madrid. During his twenty years of experience, Dávila has worked in the financial and strategic consulting sectors, he is a founding member of Emecero Corporate Consulting, he has experience in the evaluation of M&A companies, structuring of projects, and financial modelling.


Jordi Roura Bonet | Partner - Managing Director

His professional career begins in the jewellery and textile industry and, afterwards, he continued his career in the Perfume, toiletries and Cosmetic industry as area manager, managing director, export director and finally Executive Vice-president. He has consolidated his professional career in the consultancy industry during 15 years, first in the Grupo Consultor de Estratégia and currently in INEO CORPORATE that he founded as RJCE in 1999. He has a wide experience in strategic and marketing consultancy in large and mid market companies. He has also directed and implemented numerous M&A operations at national and transnational levels.

Juan Pablo Akl

Juan Pablo Akl | Partner

After graduating from the Universidad Externado de Colombia with a Degree in Finance, Pablo Akl went on to receive an MBA from the Institute Superieur de Gestion in Paris. He is a lecturer and director of postgraduate degrees at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.  Pablo Akl has twenty years of experience in the field of financial and strategic consulting, both nationally and internationally. He has been the advisor to the Ministro de Comercio (Minister of Commerce, in English) in Colombia and commercial attaché at the Colombian Embassy in Japan. He has been also a member of the British consulting firm, Aydon Consulting, and has experience in the evaluation of businesses, M&A, project structuring, and development of international business and strategic positioning.


Albert Llorens Rius | Partner

He built up his professional career in the auditing and consulting areas with Arthur Andersen for 18 years where he was promoted to partner in 1990. He was the partner in Catalonia responsible for the consumer division of said company from 1990 to 1996, the year in which he founded, together with other partners, BK&L, a boutique specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2008 this boutique was incorporated into the RJCE firm. He is currently a partner of INEO CORPORATE. He was advisor to Lacrem, S.A. (Farggi) and is presently advisor to García Munté Energía, S.L., which operates in the energy sector; to Zanini AutoGrup, S.A. an automotive parts manufacturer; to Grupo Guasch, a company in the textiles sector and to Tintes Industriales del Punto, S.A., a company which dyes and finishes knitwear. He was Associated Lecturer in the Business Economics department at Barcelona University, in the areas of Strategic Management and Management Control. He has a wide range of experience in strategic consulting, especially in the areas of family businesses and in mergers and acquisitions both national and international level.

Manuel Martínez

Manuel Martínez | Partner

Degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the UAB and Diploma in Business Administration from the SEE. He has developed his career in a diverse range of fields. In human resources he was the Regional Manager of Adecco Seasonal Work, years 1993 to 1998. In sport management he was the founding partner and General Manager of Accura Sport Management, chain with 10 sports clubs in Spain. In Chile he has been the General Manager and President of the Wellness Company Council, company in possession of three wellness clubs. In the field of infrastructures, from 2007 and 2010, he was the Supervising Manager of Abertis Logistics Chile and responsible of its development in Latin-America. He also formed part of the councils of administrations of two highways in Chile. In the present, he is a businessman in the gastronomical field and wellness clubs. He represents RACC in Chile since 2008.


Ventura Ruperti Salvany | Partner

During his 25 years of professional experience he has been in several industries such as food, household appliances, consumer electronics and publishing, working for companies such as Agrolimen, Gillette-Braun, Sanyo, Philips-Grundig and Grupo Planeta. He has lived and worked in Germany, Mexico and Canada, having held responsibilities as Marketing Director, Export Director, Commercial Director and General Manager, developing strategies for market penetration, consolidation or development, on a national, European or worldwide level, as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions. He has been teaching in Barcelona University for many years and has written several books on business and management. He holds an MBA degree by ESADE Business School Barcelona.

Josemaria Torrens

Josemaria Torrens | Partner

Economist from the UNED (Madrid) and MBA from the IESE (Universidad de Navarra). For twelve years, was senior manager for national and international IT and consultancy companies. Led a Buy-in Management buy-out in 2002, buying an IT company from Agbar Group, a listed corporation. More than fifteen years experience in Corporate Finance four of them at M&A International Inc. Three years as managing director at Banca Mediolanum in Merger and Acquisitions. Chairman of the Board of AICA (Alliance of International Corporate Advisors) 2011-2013 Industry Experience: Information technology, transport and logistics, textile industry, retail, Industrial equipment, business services. Education: Economist. MBA from IESE (University of Navarra).

Enrique Fernández

Enrique Fernández-Cardellach Bonifaci | Partner

Formed in the UPB in Industrial Engineering and the IESE (University of Navarra) in MBA. He began his career as a strategy consultant in Spain and Latin America, later moving to the executive ranks as the first director of leading companies in their sectors: COBEGA in soft drinks, TEJIDOS ROYO in textiles, FOMESA in agroindustry, NUEVO SIGLO in Real State, TELEGIROS in payment institutions and FERSA in renewable energies. He has developed extensive experience managing change processes and identifying opportunities and growth models in companies that he has managed. He has been a member of various professional associations of the sectors where he has worked allowing to have a better understanding of them.

Antonio Fernández

Rafael Tena | Partner

His career has been spent in sectors as diverse as audit, property and real estate, travel retail, distribution and retail of books and cultural leisure , home and DIY , baby and kids fashion, in companies and leading brands in their activity as KPMG , CBRE , Lagardere Group, Leroy Merlin or Prenatal.
He has an experience of over 20 years as Director of Business Unit, Director General and CEO, from where he has led business transformation processes, change management, rebranding and growth. He has also led development plans through the acquisition of companies and their operational integration.
As Chief Executive has also driven the digitalization process and adapt business processes to new technologies in multichannel retail businesses and e-commerce.
He is an Economist (UIC ) and earned an MBA from IESE Business School.

Xavier Iglesias

Xavier Iglesias Xifra | Partner

Graduated in Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, he began his professional experience as Auditor at Arthur Andersen, after change to the industrial installations sector, especially in the hospital sector as Financial Director. He then develops his professional career in the Puig group for 22 years in the fashion, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and perfumery sectors, with positions of CFO, Grupo Tresourer, and IT Champion for all the subsidiaries of the group. He participates in the mergers and acquisitions of brands and companies, among others, Victorio & Lucchino, Nina Ricci, Myrurgia and Gal, in the negotiations for representation of foreign brands in the national market. After two years as CEO of ASSET, Spanish CFO association, he has been in charge of CFO and HR at Laboratorios SALVAT for six years, reinforcing his experience in the pharmaceutical sector, participating in the acquisition of a Sigmatau factory. He has extensive experience in the field of family business and merger and acquisition operations both nationally and internationally. He is currently advising several companies in various sectors.

Joan Tarradellas Espuny

Joan Tarradellas Espuny | Partner

Masters in Engineering and PhD (Polytechnic University of Catalonia). MBA (IESE and Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania). More than 20 years of M&A experience in the US and Europe, for top Corporations (FMC Corporation, Amadeus IT) and intermediation. He has successfully negotiated and closed more than 150 international M&A deals in various industries, ranging from $5 to $150 million. Board member at banking institutions, Industrial and IT companies as well as member of the investment committee at various top performing Private Equity funds in Barcelona. Professor of Finance at EADA Business School. He has published books and articles about advanced business valuation.

Ignasi Camí Casellas

Ignasi Camí Casellas | Partner

Economist and AD by IESE. He was General Secretary of the Circulo de Economía and DG of GDS Consultores de Pensiones. In 1988, he joined Banco Sabadell to develop the new Insurance and Pensions business by creating and leading the insurance and pension subsidiaries and its integration in the bank commercial offer. He was responsible for the restructuring of the Bancassurance agreements derived from the consolidation process (2011-2013), led by Banco Sabadell; subsequently he managed several M&A and reinsurance operations ViF of insurance companies. He also has relevant experience in the Latin American market. He is an Insurance and Bancassurance consultant specializing in (i) definition of strategy and business development (ii) collaboration agreements and Joint Venture and (iii) corporate operations. He has been CEO and Board Member of various insurance, investment and banking companies; also Unespa, INVERCO and other non profit organizations. He is a Member of the Council and Advisor of Mediterráno Vida.
